So we make common “kid” foods but the “healthier” version.This summer I took it upon myself to give all of them a hard boiled egg for their breakfast EVERY single day. These kids haaaaaated eggs. Refused to touch them.I bought some egg molds in star/fish/car shapes and made the eggs fun and my oldest was SUPER into it and now he eats eggs every time we have it for breakfast! My younger 2 kids also eat their eggs with no hesitation only took 2 months for my little plan to work.You CAN help guide her through better food than pb sandwiches or whatever else she eats but it takes TIME and PATIENCE and most importantly empathy.My parents put me on a diet at the age of 4 and I felt the need to sneak food whenever I possibly could and grew up with an eating disorder and an unhealthy relationship with food.
