Sometimes, even when things are ok and your finances are under control, situations can surprise you and you find yourself stressed out over bills again. Even just one event can be enough to throw things out of whack and send your finances spiraling down. For example, you get sick and need some expensive treatment or medication that you obviously weren prepared for.
I just wanted to give you a real quick update on Tompkins. RG Huston has pretty much been working 2 crews on Tompkins since the start of the project, and it seems to be moving along very well. All of the sanitary sewer main is complete, along with the sanitary laterals to the properties on the north side.
Jamie Banjak, chair of OBX ISOP, a local community support group for exchange visitors in the area, explained, “There are probably at least 100 125 J 1 visa participants in the OBX area right now; most of whom have been here since mid to late February or early March. The majority of these participants are from Ecuador which currently has closed borders, and the exchange visitors are unable return to their home country at this time. Thankfully, the Outer Banks community has been supportive and welcoming to the program participants many of whom have had to secure new jobs due to restaurant and hotel closures in the original positions they came to perform.”.
Council explorations: The Ohio Environmental Council has a trio of summer Real Ohio Tour events that include wading, touring and a canoe float on pristine areas of the Buckeye State. The public events include wading Little Darby Creek near Columbus on June 6; touring the Tallgrass Prairie of Knox County on July 25; and a canoefloat on Old Woman Creek in the Sandusky area on Aug. 8.

About a dozen work release inmates provided by the Dane County Sheriff’s Office are filling sandbags. The National Guard has been contacted for additional support. 40,000 sandbags have been filled so far, and more will continue to be filled. Anyway, Berkeley proposal proverbially drop kicked the competition, beating out about 100 other applicants for the big Science bucks. Michael Crommie, Berkeley physics professor and the project main dude, told the Daily Cal that facility at Berkeley is targeting research in a bunch of delicate quantum measurements in the realm of physics Ooh, that tender, brah. He also stated that another goal of the project is create a low noise, high stability facility.
