The oil painting is included in the “Americans in Spain: Painting and Travel, 1820 1920” exhibition which is co organized by the Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk and the Milwaukee Art Museum. The exhibition includes more than 100 paintings, sketches, photographs and travel guides that show the influence of Spanish art and culture on American artists in the 19th and early 20th centuries. The show will be on display in Norfolk from Feb.
