Highlights: At the August 1 Council meeting, the development agreement between the City and Garver Feed Mill LLC was adopted. The agreement included $1.6M in funds for the city to pay for remediation of the soil surrounding the historic Garver Feed Mill. The additional funds required a budget amendment, a 15 vote item, and thanks to my colleagues, it passed 17 2 (one absence).
