Last year my sister was bleed out from fibroid tumors that ruptured. Her hemoglobin was dropping everytime they checked and she ended up needing 2 blood transfusions. The ER staff to us it was her period and tried to send her home, but I told them we come back in like 2 hours when it started up again.
