I not sure if I can give a satisfying answer to this question. I assume that by “OEM board” you mean the PCB connected to the actual battery cell, and by “included board on the lipo cell” you mean whatever protection circuitry is on the battery you buy from wherever? My suspicion is that the OEM board only contains a temperature sensor of some kind. I don expect interference from that necessarily, as long as you select the battery to have a lower than OEM battery internal resistance..
