On Tuesday April 5th, AE candidates will take a written examination. Those that pass will then be eligible to participate in the second phase, an “Over the Road” driving examination. Candidates will be practicing driving with MFD aerial ladders between April 5th and the start of the Over the Road examination on Monday May 2nd thru Friday May 6th.

I’m actually not trying to be offensive, but I don’t totally get it when people feel the need to announce that they think the comments on a blog are boring or that they aren’t going to read that blog anymore. I suppose Liz cares if she’s having trouble getting hits, but my sentiment as a blog reader is generally “who cares”? When I start reading the comments and they are boring or unfunny, I just stop reading at that point and do something else. As for the potentially cliquey posters, this isn’t high school.
