If someone has to visually bop around your guide to find what they are looking for, the guide does not pass the layout test. On top of that not all guides are created equal, many technically qualify as guides, but lack substance. Guides are typically laid out in a grid configuration of some sort or sectioned into multiple tables by a category or step of a process.

A new street will be constructed between Sharpsurg Dr. And Cottage Grove Rd., named Gemini Dr., which will also serve the new development, so there will be a new intersection with Cottage Grove Rd. In order to properly separate the lanes and allow for turn lanes, new medians will be constructed, along with widening and installing curb and gutter on the north side.

Also note that in Aldermanic District 2 quite a few existing buildings are “non conforming”, oftentimes because they have more apartments than allowed per the current Lot Area Required per unit. If the zoning code changes are enacted, those would either slip into the conforming uses or remain legal, non conforming uses. As always, changing non conforming situations can be complicated if they become more “non conforming”, but that is another subject..

There will be a public hearing for these items at the November 9th Plan Commission and November 17th Common Council meetings. The column requires a 15 foot setback while the footnote would allow a 5 20 foot setback. Since the Minimum Maximum Setback East West Streets column already specifies which blocks require the 5 20 foot setback and which require the 15 foot setback, the footnote is unnecessary.

The materials themselves withstand a beating. One of my favorite pairs _rattled_ when I got it because the little plastic nose pieces, and the little plastic piece that fit over the end of the arms was lose. The coating on the plastic pieces started to disintegrate leaving a sticky residue on one pair, and three pairs with metal frames had the clear varnish like substance start to crack and peel from the metallic finish.
