The City of Madison in conjunction with Dane County and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation is proposing to reconstruct portions of Cottage Grove Rd within the City of Madison. The first phase of the project is scheduled for construction in 2018, and includes reconstruction of Cottage Grove Rd from the east side of I 39/90 to South Sprecher Road. The second phase of construction includes the reconstruction of Cottage Grove Rd from South Thompson Drive to the east side of I 39/90 and will include the replacement of the Cottage Grove Rd overpass of I 39/90.
