At Monday’s Plan Commission, there will be a consideration of a new ordinance that removes some barriers to the formation of housing cooperatives in residential and mixed use zoning districts. The current ordinances and regulations related to housing coops will be repealed and replaced with new language that will also make it less of a burden for housing coops to be approved by the city.
