We have both joined protesters in the streets to pressure our colleagues on the Council and County Board to listen and act on the unaddressed white supremacy in Madison. Our society is broken in so many ways that we cannot address the climate crisis or any given issue without first addressing the system that will place the disproportionate harm on BIPOC.
