Timing parfait ou presque, il me reste 6 jours dont 1 dans l avion plus decalage horaire pour commencer et terminer ma preparation sur Wittgenstein puisque c est pour mardi et il fait tres tres beau et froid dehors sur les belles pelouses de Johns Hopkins, on va aller dejeuner dehors (a montreal avec ce temps on serait en short en terrasse il fait 0 mais la glace fond au soleil)..

There are people here from out of state that are visitors who arrived prior to the ban. There is absolutely no mandate for those individuals to leave Dare or Currituck because the restrictions only applied to new visitors and non resident home owners. While I sure there are some bad apples trickling in against the restrictions, there are a number of people who chose to stick around and not head back to the potential danger zones they came from.
